Educational doctrine of Holy State University is to enable any person to receive low cost education without any form of discrimination or restrictions (see our basic requirements for different degrees).
Admission is based on a detailed evaluation of educational degrees (if any) already received by the applicant, including all other (related) educational documents.
We are not utilizing admissions tests; however, absence of admission tests is not an indicator that any person can receive the desired degree. Each admitted person must complete the required studies in a satisfactory manner. It is advisable for any person to assess own abilities to study and to follow the prescribed rules for studies. We are placing efforts to help any person to complete the selected educational degree program, but we cannot guarantee that person would receive the desired educational degree (if the person has no desire for studies).
We are offering studies for all educational degrees: Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA (Master of Business Administration), Doctoral (PhD), Graduate Certificate Programs - Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS). Some restrictions may apply (contact us if you have related questions).
