salaries to administrative representatives,
including the President
University
President
Holy State University
organized under applicable provisions of the Religious Law
established for the Sovereign
Religious Entity. University governed by the
President and twelve members of the Board of Regents chosen according to
the special
guidelines established by the University President (Regents
can be selected from the different countries). In addition to
that, the President of the University can select any number of qualified individuals
to serve as Honorary Members of the Board of Regents or the Board of Trustees. Only
the President of the University carries responsibilities for making all essential
decisions for the University operations.
Board of Regents
as a subordinate body of the University President
University Regents
are advisors to the President of the University
and are responsible for overseeing the University’s ability to
fulfill its fundamental mission for current and future
generations. Members of the Board of Regents are playing an
important role in the University's operations by providing
input regarding the University's functioning, goals,
protection of the financial security and resources, and
advocating for the University locally, nationally, and
throughout the World. In addition, the Regents can provide
financial support, as well as leadership in fundraising, to
secure the progress and development of the University.

Members of the Board
of Trustees are selected by the University President as
supplemental organizational structure providing professional advisement,
financial support and fundraising operations for the
University.
