Main goal of The Holy State University is to deal with all people in fair and respectful manner in resolving any misunderstandings, miscommunications or any other form of grievances and/or complaints.

We are welcoming any positive remarks about our University (in media or in any other publications), but to discourage people with ill-mannered intentions, the following will fully apply. Therefore, visit and examination of this website or any other interactions with the Holy State University or its representatives would indicate your full agreement to the following terms:

     (a)  If you have any personal complaints or concerns, you agree to contact representatives of the Holy State University to address any of your grievances. We will apply lawful, reasonable and commonly acceptable legal standards in our attempts to resolve all your concerns and grievances.

     (b)  You agree NOT to intentionally express in verbal or writing manner in any surroundings (such as common life situation, Internet, writings, media, or in any other surrounding environments) any negative, derogatory, ill-defined, ironic, demeaning, misleading, false, or in any other form that can be described as “negatively affecting”, any such information that can be associated or implied to be associated in any form or manner with the Holy State University, services of the Holy State University, websites maintained and operated by the Holy State University, representatives, contractors, volunteers, faculty members, students, graduates and associates of the Holy State University. 

     (c)  If you failed to comply with the provisions of section (b) of this part (related to dissemination of negative information), you agree to pay the Holy State University or its designated representative(s) all legal costs, all court’s costs, all attorney’s costs and all other involved costs that would be necessary to prosecute such matter in applicable courts and jurisdictions. Furthermore, in addition to all listed above, you are fully agreeing to be liable for fixed mandatory damages that would be assessed against You and would be payable to the Holy State University for the advancement of low-cost education.

All information provided on this Website has been prepared for the purpose of providing information about the University and about the services which we may offer.

The University accepts no liability for any loss or damage to other parties as a direct or indirect result of using this Website or any provided services.

THIS PROVISION HAS NO AFFECT in circumstances describing person as a faculty member, associate, representative, student or graduate of the Holy State University, or mentioning such names in any educational of scientific work performed by faculty members, students and graduates. 

(2)  Collection and use of electronic mail addresses for spamming and for any other form of transmitting unapproved advertisements or commercial solicitations, and/or for any form of illegal activities.

(3)  Use of the Website to perform or to encourage any unlawful acts.

(4)  Misrepresentation of user's identity, intentions or authority.

(5)  Unauthorized access or attempt to access any accounts.

(6)  Intentional distribution of any form or type of virus or other device that may cause malfunctioning, loss or corruption of any information on this Website.
