Knowledge of English language is not required:

You can study in your own language and we will accept educational work in student’s native language. We also will translate student’s educational work FREE OF CHARGE for the examination purposes (because our examiners are using English language as a base language and we are not employing representatives that are fluent in all languages). Student must use English language during all communications with university (we will not be translating regular e-mails). We are not requiring any perfections in English language (student can use free online electronic translators to translate e-mails).

Accelerated or Classic approach for the completion of any program:

Principles of education in the Holy State University are the same for ACCELERATED and for CLASSIC degree programs. Every program can be completed as an ACCELERATED PROGRAM because our students can regulate own time for studies, they also can start studies at any time and can graduate from any program at any time.

In most universities, students are only attending limited number of hours during each week. In the Holy State University, students may dedicate for studies as many hours per day as they want; accordingly, they can graduate faster, comparing to students in other universities. This is why any our student can complete regular (classic) program in ACCELERATED MANNER. More time student spends for studies and for preparation of educational work, sooner this student can graduate. 

We do not have any artificial restrictions and any student can graduate in relatively short time if student wants to graduate faster. Degree would be completed when student will fulfill all educational requirements.

Curriculum/educational plan:

Programs are based on participant/student's independent studies (and/or research) at distant locations according to the curriculum (educational plan) prepared by us and customized to student's professional goals.

We are preparing customized education curriculum based on student's desired professional plans and goals (student also can include own desired courses). Courses can be completed by student in the form of preparation of written Essays covering course subject. Each Essay will be examined and appropriate number of credits can be assigned for each properly prepared and accepted Essay. Student will receive guidance (after admission) on preparation of written Essays. Student works independently on Thesis (if preparation of Thesis selected), with our reasonable supervision (if needed).

Associate Degrees

Program requires earning of 60 credits.

International approach to study evaluation:

Program requires earning of 120 credits.

This program offered only for individuals who already earned Bachelor's degree, or any other degree above Bachelor's (students also may enter into five-year program after graduating from High School).

Program requires earning of at least 72 credits.

Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS)

Bachelor degree required. Student must complete at least 16 credits (with 30 credits per year evaluation system), or 32 credits (with 60 credits per year evaluation system).
