HOW TO AVOID PROCESSING FEES
You can avoid payment of processing fees (deducted by banks and credit/debit cards processors) in the following situations:
1. Mail check/money order to our mailing center in Philadelphia (USA) or directly to our Bank's "mail-in" payment center [please request instructions - where to send your check/money order].
-- U.S. Residents: All Checks and Money Orders issued based on funds kept in the United States have bank clearance (when banks finally transfer money, it is not a temporary availability of funds) of two (2) weeks.
-- Non U.S. Residents: All Checks and Money Orders issued based on funds kept outside of the United States have bank clearance (when banks finally transfer money, it is not a temporary availability of funds) of four (4) weeks. Any foreign checks are assessed by bank $10-15 foreign check processing fee. We do not guarantee acceptance of foreign checks. In most cases (based on bank approval), we will be able to accept European and Canadian checks and Money Orders. Acceptance of Checks and Money Orders from all other countries are on case-by-case basis, based on our bank approval.
2. Visit any branch (office) of our bank (currently Wells Fargo Bank) in any place of the United States and make a deposit into our bank account (applicant/student must request information).
We are crediting student's account only for the actual amount received (after all deductions made by banks and credit/debit cards processor):
-- Our Credit/Debit Cards Processor (not directly affiliated with us) deducts approximately 3% from any amount paid by using credit cards that are issued in the United States;
-- Our Credit/Debit Cards Processor (not directly affiliated with us) deducts approximately 4.4% from any amount paid by using credit cards that are issued outside of the United States;
-- Our Bank deducts approximately $16 for U.S. wire transfers (bank money transfers) originated in the United States;
-- Our Bank and intermediary bank (used by applicant/student's originator bank), together, are deducting approximately $40 from wire transfers originated outside of the United States.
-- It is responsibility of student to select the least expensive method of payment.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available for students and student can make payments according to the agreed payment plan.
Payments must not extend further than graduation date (documents are not issued before all balances are fully paid). Student may interrupt studies for the time when student has financial difficulties and unable to make payments.
Educational Degree officially awarded only when all payments are completed.
We have no late fees and we have no payment deadlines. Pay when you are ready to pay.
Minimum first payment amount is $1000 (or any larger amount).
Minimum consequential payment amount is $500 (after the first payment), unless student is paying remaining balance (or any other larger amount). We are not requiring making payments every month and student can make one payment in several months (payments must be proportionate to the amount of educational work student is planning to submit).
Student can request permission to make smaller payments (only applicable for payments by credit card, debit card, pre-paid card, checks or money orders).
Payments must be proportionate to the amount of educational work student is planning to submit. For example, student cannot make just one payment and to expect that our representatives would be examining educational work equal to one year of submissions. Payment processing fees deducted from each payment and only covering fees assessed by banks.
NOTE: If you are making multiple payments (payment plan); in such circumstances, we are deducting costs for each payment processed [these costs are assessed and deducted by banks and by credit (debit) cards processing company]. We are not benefiting in any way from these deductions and deductions are made strictly in the same amount as deducted by banks and by credit (debit) cards processing company. Each student will receive a copy of the transaction (if we applied any deductions).

We are accepting payments in the form of one or several installment payments.

Before submitting your first payment, please send your completed Application for Admission (there is no fee for sending Admission Application) that must provide a list of all educational institutions attended; starting from your secondary education (high school), all colleges and universities. Do not include any so-called "life-experience degrees"; because these are not an educational degrees. Provide official name of each educational institution, location, dates of attendance; attach copies of all educational diplomas and educational transcripts. If your educational credentials are acceptable, we will ask you to submit a payment (at least the first payment). All educational credentials will be verified. Please provide only correct information [submission of false information may create applicable penalties].
When you are ready to make a payment (after your application conditionally approved), you may use one of the following methods: 1. This option available only for the U.S. residents. PAY BY CHECK (personal or official bank check, or money orders made for the payment in the U.S. dollars). Mail payment to our mailing address or to our bank (yes, you can mail your check directly to our bank to apply for our account, you must request information for this method). Paying by check is the least expensive form of payment (no additional processing fees). This method only can be used by applicants/students residing in the United States.
2. PAY BY USING CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD, OR PREPAID CARD (debit or pre-paid card must have a symbol of major credit card). You do not need to have a credit card, because a debit card (card covering deposit in your bank) or prepaid card (purchased in any store) can be used as long as it has VISA, MASTER Card, or American Express symbol (some other cards are also acceptable). Usually, if you have a bank account, bank may issue to you a debit card (card that looks like credit card, but it only covers the amount that you have in your bank account). Please be advised that if your country is not listed on the countries' list of our credit card processing company, you can make a payment by other methods listed below.
Some countries are not on the list of our credit card processing company. Do not be discouraged, we are accepting many other forms of payments. You also may send a check (official bank check or money order). (Click on this text to see if your country is on the list of our credit cards processing company).
3. BANK-TO-BANK TRANSFER: WIRE TRANSFERS. Banks or other financial institutions can be used. Any wire transfer always has fees that are collected by sending, intermediary and receiving banks, accordingly, it is not practical to send small amounts. We also are paying fees to receive each wire transfer.
4. Some other forms of funds transfer can be considered on case by case basis.
5. We may accept third party payments made on student's behalf (for example, paid by your employer, friends or relatives).
Payments must be made with stipulation that receiving side (we) will receive payment in the United States Dollars. Usually student uses own currency that is converted by bank to the United States Dollars during the payment transaction - just tell your bank that payment must be received in the United States Dollars.
