Student can complete studies in own native language
You can study in your own language and we will accept educational work in student’s native language. We also will translate student’s educational work FREE OF ANY CHARGE (because our examiners are using English language).
Student must use English language during all communications with university (we will not be translating e-mails), but we are not requiring any perfections in English language (student can use free online electronic translators to translate e-mails).
Accelerated or Classic approach for the completion of any program:
Principles of education in the Holy State University are the same for ACCELERATED and for CLASSIC degree programs. Every program can be completed as an ACCELERATED PROGRAM because our students can regulate own time for studies, they also start studies at any time and can graduate from any program at any time.
In most universities, students are only attending limited number of hours during each week. In the Holy State University, students may dedicate for studies as many hours per day as they want; accordingly, they can graduate a few times faster than any other students can in other universities. This is why our student can complete regular (classic) program in ACCELERATED MANNER. More time student spends for studies and for preparation of educational work, sooner this student can graduate.
We do not have any artificial restrictions and any student can graduate in relatively short time, if such student wants to graduate faster. Program would be completed when student will fulfill all educational requirements. Some people may need only a few months and for some people it may take a few years to complete program requirements. We are giving each student full freedom.
Credits for previous learning and for past professional experience:
We will be performing careful evaluation of any credits that student received after the completion of Bachelor's degree program, we also will be taking into consideration any professional training student received during his/her work career. Appropriate credits would be issued for educational credits received in other universities and limited number of credits can be issued for verified (documented) professional job training in areas related to the subject of selected by student program. Thesis (if selected) will receive appropriate number of credits based on the covered area, quality and other related characteristics.
At our discretion, we may issue limited credits for documented professional experience. "Documented professional experience" is not what person writes in Resume, but what person can prove in the form of submitting documents confirming professional experience that person claims to possess.
Educational costs are fixed for the entire program and not based on the number of credits received:
This program has educational costs "PER PROGRAM".
"PER PROGRAM" casts are fixed costs that are not based on the number of completed educational credits. Accordingly, any additional credits (issued for previous studies or for documented professional experience) may reduce required number of credits, but these credits would not reduce educational costs (our costs are the lowest in the United States).
Curriculum/educational plans:
Program is based on participant/student's independent studies and/or research according to the curriculum plan customized to student's professional goals.
We are preparing customized education curriculum based on student's desired professional plans and goals (student also can include own desired courses). Program can be completed by using study courses only, or as combination of study courses and Thesis preparation (on selected by student subject). Courses can be completed by student in the form of preparation of written Essays covering course subject. Each Essay will be examined and appropriate number of credits can be assigned for each properly prepared and accepted educational Essay (good quality Essay can bring up to 3 credits - US system, or up to 6 credits - European evaluation system). Student will receive guidance (after the admission) on preparation of written Essays.

Progress Steps:
Master's Degree (MBA) is awarded only when student satisfies all educational requirements. Graduation Diploma (degree award certificate), Transcript and other related documents would be issued and forwarded to graduate.

International approach to study
evaluation:
Minimum requirement - earning of 90 educational
credits. You will be learning at your own speed and
any student may complete program in shorter period,
or longer, depending on involvement. We also may
accept credits issued by other educational
institutions (that are considered to be legitimate).
24 (ECTS) credits can be
awarded for successful completion of Master’s Thesis.
