ADMISSION PROCESS

Holy State University is Autonomous (Self-Regulated and Self-Supported) International University offering low educational costs and admissions that are open to any person of the World. University offers all educational degrees online: non-religious and religious, undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate degrees. All educational programs are 100% Online and no travel involved. International graduates can request additional governmental certificates. Our costs represent only a fraction of educational (and associated) costs charged in many other universities located in the United States.

PLEASE read information presented on our website – almost all answers to questions are provided on our website. IT IS OUR POLICY NOT TO REPEAT THE SAME INFORMATION AS IT IS ALREADY POSTED ON OUR WEBSITE. Also see page "Questions for Applicants" (we also have questions for any potential Applicant)

We are not issuing any "Admission" or "Eligibility for Admission" letters before the person is actually admitted to studies and made at least the first payment (at least one partial payment) covering educational costs. After completion of the admission process, the admitted person can request an "Admission Letter".

Please provide confirmation of your ability to pay our fees. Regardless of the fact that our fees are low, these fees can be high for people from countries with a low income level; therefore, not all people can afford our fees. Please apply only if you can afford our fees. See our Costs

Our mode of education is "ONLINE" and not "CLASSROOM" style. All communications and all steps of the educational process are performed in the form of electronic (Internet) written communications. Upon graduation, documents are mailed to graduate.
