Admission is based on detailed examination of educational degrees (if any) already received by applicant, including all other (related) educational documents.

 

We are not utilizing admissions tests; however, absence of admission tests is not an indicator that any person can receive desired degree. Each admitted person must complete required studies in satisfactory manner. It is advisable for any person to assess own abilities to study and to follow prescribed rules for studies. We are placing efforts to help any person to complete in satisfactory manner educational degree program, but we cannot guarantee that person would receive desired educational degree, if person has no desire for studies.
