FLEXIBILITY TO SATISFY STUDENTS’ NEEDS  

Students can select the desired evaluation and grading approach. Educational work, application of educational credits, and grading can be performed on the same grading/evaluation principles as in other universities in the United States; or by using the same grading/evaluation principles as in other universities in the European Union (based on Bologna Process).

REALISM WITHOUT IMAGINATIONS  

We are not providing any guarantees because WE ARE OFFERING ONLY EDUCATIONAL SERVICES but not the political arrangements. Not a single educational institution can offer any guarantees. If any person needs more assurances, this person may always select the most prestigious university, but there is no guarantee that these "the most expensive and the most prestigious universities" are offering anything better. Usually, no other university can offer any more guarantees that we are offering; and probably you would need to pay in other places many times more in fees and costs.

WE ARE SMALL EDUCATIONAL PLACE

We are a small, religiously controlled educational institution offering low educational costs and applying new methods for the reduction of costs in higher education. We are only admitting a limited number of students during each calendar year. Compared to all other commercial universities, we are not commercializing principles of education. All our programs and all curriculums are custom-made and adjusted to satisfy the needs of each student. We have no “ready-made” curriculums in Holy State University because each educational plan (curriculum) is made specifically for the needs of each individual student. At the same time, each curriculum satisfies requirements for each educational degree program and is similar to the curriculums in American and European programs. EDUCATIONAL SERVICES AND EDUCATIONAL DEGREES

We only are providing educational services and educational degrees, and we are not catering our educational credentials to political situations in any country. There are nearly 200 countries in the World and we have no knowledge about requirements in each individual country; accordingly, we are not making any political arrangements with any country.

COMPLIANCE WITH HIGHER EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

This is exact word-for-word quotation made by the U.S. Department of Education about higher education in the United States:  

"...The United States has no federal Ministry of Education or other centralized authority exercising single national control over postsecondary (higher) educational institutions in this country. In general, institutions of higher education are permitted to operate with considerable independence and autonomy. As a consequence, American educational institutions can vary widely in the character and quality of their programs..."  

  The statement made by the U.S. Department of Education has a meaning that all educational institutions have similar legal rights and are making their own rules. All educational degrees are under the control o f the educational institution and the government has no control over the principles of higher education. At the same time, not all universities are equal or similar.

This is exact word-for-word quotation made by the U.S. Department of Education about accreditations in the United States:

"...Accrediting agencies, which are private non-governmental entities, develop evaluation criteria and conduct peer evaluations to assess whether or not educational criteria are met. Institutions and/or programs that request an agency's evaluation and that meet an agency's criteria are then "accredited" by that agency..."   

  The statement made by the U.S. Department of Education about accreditations for the institutions of higher education has a meaning that all accreditation organizations have similar legal rights and are making own rules. Government has no control over accreditations for higher education (with the exception for accreditation of institutions that are accepting monies from the federal government). This is exact word-for-word quotation made by the U.S. Department of Education about acceptance of educational degrees:

"...Accreditation does not provide automatic acceptance by an institution of credits earned at another institution, nor does it gives assurance of acceptance of graduates by employers. Acceptance of credits or graduates is always the prerogative of the receiving institution or employer..." 

  The statement made by the U.S. Department of Education is very clear and most likely needs no additional explanations. It has a meaning that not a single university can provide any guarantees for the acceptance of any academic / educational degrees. Universities have no ability to provide any guarantees for the acceptance of degrees by employers or by licensing authorities (not even in the United States). In reality, nobody can give any guarantees and legitimate universities only can guarantee that students will be studying for educational degrees. This explains the fact that academic / educational degrees are called 'EDUCATIONAL DEGREES' and are never called 'GUARANTEED DEGREES' (because there are no guarantees).

WE ARE ADMITTING STUDENTS THAT ARE WILLING TO PARTICIPATE IN INDEPENDENT STUDIES

All our programs are based on student's independent studies under our supervision and guidance. We are NOT lecturing and NOT tutoring students, especially in graduate programs. We are expecting to see independent students. We are providing general guidance and students can ask any questions (if any student needs additional clarifications). We are not expecting endless basic educational questions, otherwise it will be treated as tutoring (many basic answers can be found on our website or by simple search of the Internet). With advancements of the Internet, each student can search and can find almost all answers to any general questions. Each student performs independent studies according to the provided educational curriculum and submits to us educational work in writing (written Essays). We are examining student’s educational work and are issuing necessary evaluations and recommendations (when needed). General form of assistance and guidance that is covered by our program costs (administrative fees) is sufficient for the graduation from any program. General advisement is performed through our responsible departments.
