General Information for Employers and Educational Institutions

Interested parties can receive information about students or graduates. This information only can be released with a written and signed authorization made by the student or graduate (who must also supply the student's identification number and other information for verification).

Written information release requests must come from the student directly, including complete description of the person or company/authorized representative that is permitted by the student/graduate to receive the information.

Cost of records search: $15 USD (can be paid by the student/graduate, or by the third party). Information is released only after student/graduate verification and request is processed and payment is posted and cleared. Credit/debit card/check payments do not carry additional charges. International bank transfer has a surcharge of additional $35 USD (costs of receiving international bank/wire transfers / charged by banks).

We are not requiring any permission from the student/graduate when an interested party submits to us a copy of an educational document issued by HSU. In this situation, we can (by email) confirm or deny that the presented document was indeed issued by HSU (in most cases, we are not charging governmental, educational, and some other organizations for basic email verification).

Good standing

Status of student/graduate

Graduation date

Requests for the official Transcript:

Official Transcripts can be mailed directly to the requesting party. This information only will be released with written and signed authorization made by the student or graduate (who must also provide student's identification number and other information for verification).

Costs: $20 USD, plus mailing costs. Transcripts will be mailed only after the identity of student/graduate is verified, payment posted and cleared. Credit/debit card/check payments do not carry additional charges.
