All educational credentials can
be submitted together with an
Admission Application
(this link
).
We are not discussing educational plans and other
education-related matters before an admission
application is approved and processed.
The first step is to submit
a fully completed
Application Form
WE MAY ACCEPT PREVIOUS EDUCATIONAL DEGREE
ONLY IF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION CONFORMS TO COMMON EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
According to regulations imposed by our
accreditation organization, only degrees from
educational institutions conforming to certain requirements can be considered as
potentially acceptable for any step-up degree
program.
PLEASE NOTE - All
submitted documents will be permanently deleted
from our email server after 10 days if an admission
is not completed - applicant can resubmit all documents when
he/she is ready to complete the entire admission
process.

Required Documents:
(documents can be submitted by electronic mail)
|
We are not requiring a submission of original documents, but
only scanned copies. All scanned copies must be scanned
in color and must have a high resolution.
Applicants must send scanned documents by electronic mail.
Applicants must be prepared to comply with a request for verification of educational documents.
Alternative
approach to scanning of documents (regular scanning
is preferred): applicants can make well-positioned,
centered, clear and high resolution photographs of
each document.
1. Application form. Signature is required (you can print
an application, fill in spaces, sign and scan it in PDF
or JPG format, or you can make a clear picture of each
page of an application). Application in Word format can
be completed on computer, but signature must be
applied.
2. A professional Resume must be attached (for people
with professional experience when applying for
a doctoral degree).
3. Please scan (in color and in higher resolution) in PDF or JPG format all your educational
diplomas, transcripts, certificates (color scans necessary to examine documents' details that usually are not visible on black
and white scans).
4. At least one official identity
document is required (preferably two documents)
issued by the official authorities in the country of
residence, with photograph attached. Acceptable documents
- driver’s
license, passport, national identity document, etc.
(scanned in JPG/or PDF format).
5. Educational Agreement (we will provide it after
reviewing application and educational documents). Signature notarization
(on the Agreement) is not
required for countries other than the United States. All residents of the United
States must use a Notary service (signature
must be notarized). All applicants from the United States must send a notarized original Educational Agreement
to our mailing address (only if the applicant is located in the United States).
6.
If your educational documents are
not in English language, you can use one of the
following approaches:
OPTIONAL APPROACH # 1
Official certified
translation made by a recognized translation
agency (certified and notarized
translation). We must be able to verify the
existence and status of the company
providing translation.
You
may use other optional approaches that are free.
|
OPTIONAL APPROACH # 2
IT IS FREE - WE ARE
NOT CHARGING FOR TRANSLATIONS.
Instead of making
an official translation, applicants can make
a typed copy of each original document [in
the original language that is not English].
Applicants would need to re-type in
"Document" / “Word” format [in the same
original language that was used in your
documents] all information (all words)
printed in educational or other documents [that are not
in English language]. "Microsoft Word" is an
example of "Document" format; "Document"
formats also can be created in many other
programs. We will compare if information that
an applicant
re-typed is matching the information printed in the original document;
after that, we will place re-typed document
(that is in foreign language) into
computerized
electronic translation [this way, we will produce
our own translation of any document and it is free for the applicant].
WHY ARE WE ASKING TO RE-TYPE CONTENTS OF DOCUMENT IN THE SAME ORIGINAL LANGUAGE THAT WAS USED IN YOUR DOCUMENT?
Our automatic/computerized
translation system is not accepting any PDF
or JPG formats because software cannot
translate pictures. Computerized translation
needs actual letters that can be
electronically "recognized" only in
Document/Word format. This is why we
are asking to re-type documents in the same
original language (because we will copy and paste it into
an electronic translator and will produce our
own translation.
|
OPTIONAL APPROACH # 3
To expedite the
process, applicants can make [personally] unofficial translations of
educational documents. Unofficial translation only can be used for
the initial assessment of the submitted documents and the process described above
[re-typing of documents' text in the original language]
is required for
the admission (unless a person has a certified and notarized translation made by
the recognized translation agency).
Applicants also may submit
a notarized and certified translation made
by the recognized translation agency. It is
not required, but if the applicant already has
all translations, most definitely, the applicant
can submit it.
Taking into
consideration the fact that we have no
knowledge if submitted official translations
are made by the recognized translation
services (if performed not in the United
States), we still will apply the same
requirement described above [re-typing of
documents in the original language] as a
form of securing correctness of the
translation.

List of Required Educational Documents
(copies):
All scanned copies must be scanned
in color and in high resolution.
Applicants are sending scanned documents by electronic mail.
Applicants must be prepared to comply with a request for verification of educational documents.
Alternative
approach to scanning educational documents (scanning
is preferred) is to make well-positioned,
centered, clear and high resolution photographs of
the document.
Steps described here
are based on the United States educational system.
Some countries have different approaches and you
need to contact us regarding your personal situation
(in some countries even educational degrees are
called in different ways).
1. If you are applying for
an Associate degree program, you must submit
a High School (secondary education
or equivalent)
diploma and educational record.
2. If you are applying for
a Bachelor's degree program
(as a first degree), you must submit a High School (secondary education or equivalent) diploma
and educational record.
3. If you are applying
for a Bachelor's degree program after the completion of
an
Associate degree program, you may submit a High School
(secondary education or equivalent) diploma and educational record
(however, we are not requiring a High School diploma if you already have
a degree). Plus, you must submit an Associate
degree diploma and educational record / transcript applicable for your
Associate degree education.
4. If you are applying for
a Master's degree
program, you may submit a High School (secondary education or equivalent)
diploma and educational record (however, we are not requiring a High School diploma
if you already have a degree). Plus, you must submit
a Bachelor's degree
diploma (or equivalent diploma) and educational
record / transcript applicable for your Bachelor's degree
education.
5. If you are applying for
a Doctoral (including
PhD) degree program, you may submit a High School
(secondary education or equivalent) diploma and educational record
(however, we are not requiring a High School diploma if you already have
a degree). Plus, you must submit a Bachelor's
degree diploma (or equivalent diploma) and
educational record / transcript applicable for your Bachelor's
degree education. Plus, you must also submit a Master's
degree diploma and educational record applicable for
your Master's degree education. If you completed a 5-6 year Master's degree program (program equal to Bachelor's plus
Master's programs, combined), you must submit a High
School (secondary education or equivalent) diploma
and educational record. Plus, you must submit
a Master's degree diploma (or equivalent diploma)
and educational record / transcript applicable for your
Master's degree education (showing completed courses
during at least 5 years of studies).

EVALUATE YOUR ABILITIES BEFORE SENDING
ADMISSION APPLICATION
Before sending
all documents to us,
please ask yourself a
question: “Are you ready to start studies at this
time”?
If your answer is “Yes”, then you can send your
documents. Do not send any documents if you are not
ready to start your admission process. We are
retaining received documents only for two weeks and
documents are usually deleted from our system after
that.
Before sending
all documents to us, ask yourself another
question: “Are you able to pay our fees”?
If your answer is “Yes”, then you can send your
documents; if not, there is no reason for you to send
your documents.
Our payments' system is simplified (no late payment
penalties and you can pay when you can) and you will be able to make installment payments
(follow this link)
Before sending any documents or asking our representatives multiple
questions, ask yourself a question: “Are your
degrees awarded after you performed studies in
the school or university that has
a legitimate existence?
If your answer is “Yes”, then you can send your
documents (we do not accept any honorable or
life-experience degrees).
PLEASE NOTE: ALL so-called "life-experience degrees"
are not educational degrees and have no connection to legitimate
educational degrees; therefore, we are not accepting
such degrees.
Legitimate degrees ONLY are issued for studies and
not for any form of life experience.
Even if your
documents have the name of a legitimate university, we
are verifying all degrees because some people are
purchasing not legitimate
diplomas with the names of legitimate universities.
Acceptance of your documents is
strictly under the discretion of the admission
officer who makes the initial examination of your
documents; and by provisions of applicable laws, we
are not obligated to accept any person.
We are
accepting a person only if we have made the decision based
on the evaluation of submitted documents. We also have no
obligation to provide any explanation for denial of the admission.
We are not obligated to perform verification of
educational documents before the admission and
verification can be performed at any time after the
admission. People that are not using legitimate degrees/educational credentials can be expelled at any time and
no refund will be issued.
The following
are examples for some denial reasons. We are not
accepting any "High School" diplomas that are sold
without actual studies. We are not accepting any
“degree” diplomas that are sold without actual studies. We are not accepting any “degree”
diplomas that are based only on so-called "life experience". There are
also many other reasons.
Disqualification
of some documents has no meaning that a person is
disqualified for the admission, it only has a
meaning that we are not accepting disqualified
documents but a person can apply for any other forms
of education that are not based on the documents that we disqualified.
WHEN YOU ARE READY TO ASK QUESTIONS, please
note that almost all questions that we are receiving
already have answers posted on different pages of
our website. YOU NEED to read pages of our website,
as a first step.
We
also have some questions for our applicants, see
page:
“Questions for Applicants”
.
If you are not sure about your
eligibility for the admission, please feel free to ask for what degree you are qualified
to apply.
|
DO NOT SEND ANY CERTIFICATES THAT ARE NOT REPRESENTING EDUCATIONAL DEGREE
Please do
not send any
certificates that are
not representing
any educational degree. We
are only initially evaluating
your
educational degrees (not
certificates for any
completed courses). If
you completed some
educational courses and
received graduation
certificates for such
courses, we will be glad
to evaluate these
documents after the
admission and may issue
a limited number of
credits for the
completed courses.
Our programs have administrative fees assessed
"per program" and not "per educational credit"; therefore, any additional credits
received after evaluation of existing documents (or
after transfer of existing credits) would not
reduce general costs of the program.
VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
We may ask a student or
applicant to provide
the contact information for the department
that issued educational documents (so we can
send the request for verification / we are doing it
usually after the admission). Email addresses (for
verification) must be based on the college or
university internet domain name and email address
must be the email address of the university's
department (not some unrelated free email addresses). At present time, all
universities and colleges have their own websites and all
graduates usually have email addresses for the
registrar / records
departments. For the schools and universities
that are closed at present time, we are applying
alternative methods of
verification (but if we are not satisfied, we are
not accepting any questionable documents).
At the admission level, our representatives
are conducting a basic evaluation of all documents (to verify if we
will be able to accept educational institutions). However, only after
the admission (if needed), we are performing verification procedures
(for the assurance that provided documents were originally issued).
Any person will be expelled if verification will
reveal that a person was using falsified documents. Any person
that is using falsified documents
as a basis for the admission
will be removed from the studies and no refunds will be issued.
"Life experience degrees"
are NOT educational degrees; therefore, we are treating any papers
from so-called "life-experience" places the same way as not
legitimate degrees.
WHAT YOU MUST EXPECT
We are providing only educational services
and educational degrees.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Our students must have
access to the Internet, ability to scan
documents in PDF and JPG formats, and must have
an antivirus program installed in their
computer. Please be sure that your computer has
no computer viruses.
Student's written work must
be sent to us in PDF format (or in Word format when
in foreign language). Students can find many places
on the Internet that are converting Word files to
PDF format for free, there also are many sites on
the Internet offering free PDF converting software
for download (please use sites with good ratings to
avoid spreading of computer viruses). At present
time, almost all word processing software can save
Word documents in PDF format (you usually need to
use the choice "Save as", after that, you will most
likely see an option to save your document in
Document or in PDF format.
To open PDF files that we
may send to our students, a student must have PDF
reading software installed on the computer. Adobe
offers free download of genuine software, such as
Adobe Reader (free version is not converting Word
documents into PDF, it only opens PDF files), you
can search Adobe website for compatible free
versions for your computer operating system (http://get.adobe.com/reader/).
It is required for each
student to install an up-to-date antivirus program
(that has automatic scanning and updates) on his/her
personal computer used for the preparation and for
sending to us educational documents. At present
time, all computer systems operating on Windows 10
have pre-installed "Windows Defender Antivirus
Program" and it should be set-up for automatic
computer scanning.
Each email sent to us by a
student must have at least a short cover letter
explaining what documents are attached.
