School of Government and Public Policy
ONLINE ACCELERATED PROGRAMS
YOU CAN SELECT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING DEGREE PROGRAMS:
Government and Public Policy program designated to encourage students to learn the governmental approach to social programs creation within a community or government that can be reflected in establishment of public programs, legislative and judicial enactments that can serve as a basis for determining what activities are to be regarded as beneficial for the public good.
We are offering all educational degrees in our School of Government and Public Policy.
You can receive all major educational degrees (see general description and requirements for each degree)
Some examples of courses that you might like. This is not all-inclusive list of courses and student may request courses according to needs, desire, experience and knowledge (we cannot guarantee acceptance of requested by student courses). Each admitted student will be presented with customary curriculum for the selected degree program. Any curriculum (list of courses) can be adjusted according to student's personal preferences.

Associate Degrees

Bachelor’s Degree
North American approach to study evaluation:
Program requires earning of 120 credits, normally divided as 30 credits for each academic year.
International approach to study evaluation:

Master’s Degree
This program offered only for individuals who already earned Bachelor's degree, or any other degree above Bachelor's (students also may enter into five-year program after graduating from High School).

Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

Graduate Certificate ProgramCertificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS)
Bachelor degree required. Student must complete at least 16 credits (with 30 credits per year evaluation system), or 32 credits (with 60 credits per year evaluation system).
CUSTOM-MADE PROGRAMS ADJUSTED TO INDIVIDUAL REQUESTS
We are offering custom-made programs adjusted to individual requests. Student may request studies in the area that is compatible with his/her existing level of knowledge and experience.
After the admission, we will offer educational plan for student that is similar to educational plans used in other the United States and European universities. We are not posting and not providing educational plans before the admission.
All our programs and all curriculums are custom-made and adjusted to satisfy the needs of each student. There are no “boiler-plate” curriculums (mass-produced ready-made curriculums that are the same for all students) in the Holy State University because each educational plan (curriculum) is made specifically for the needs of each individual student.
At the same time, each curriculum satisfies requirements of educational degree program and is similar to curriculums offered in other American and European universities.
