Holy State University offers ONLINE studies and accelerated educational degrees with the lowest costs, fastest, easiest and simplest educational approach. Our University is online distance learning institution of higher education where educational process is accomplished by using modern forms of Internet communications. Our students can perform studies for any educational degree: Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, Doctoral and Ph.D.
Our costs are reflected and payable in the United States dollars. Expression "Payable in the United States dollars" has no meaning that person needs to have the United States dollars. During payment process, person uses currency of own Country, but informs bank or payment institution that payment must be received in the United States dollars. During payment processing, bank or other financial institution automatically converts any currency into the United States dollars.

PLEASE NOTE: Students are not obligated to make payments in full and can make partial payments to cover costs of any educational program. See details on dedicated pages.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plan will be available to any student that is unable to pay the full amount of applicable fees:
Student can make payments according to the agreed payment plan.
Payments must not extend further than graduation date (documents are not issued before all balances are fully paid).
Student may interrupt studies for the time when student has financial difficulties and unable to make payments (some restrictions apply).
Educational Degree officially awarded only when all payments are completed.
We do not have late fees for payments.
Installment Plan consists of as many payments as student prefers to have (see minimum limits).
Minimum first payment amount is $1000 at the time of admission (this payment is included in educational costs but covers admission processing only).
Minimum consequential payment amount (after the first payment) is $500 or any other larger amount (or BASED ON THE AGREED AMOUNT OF PAYMENT). We also are not requiring making payments every month and student can make one payment in several months.
Student can request permission to make smaller payments (only applicable for payments by credit card, debit card, pre-paid card, checks or money orders).
All payments must be proportionate to the amount of educational work student is planning to submit. For example, student cannot make one payment and expect that our representatives would be examining educational work equal to one year of studies (we are not examining any submitted work if student fails to maintain proportionate balance between submitted educational work and the amount of all completed payments).
PAYMENTS - MAKE YOUR OWN CALCULATIONS
Student can graduate at any time, when all degree requirements are completed.
No degree will be issued before all payments are completed.
For payments calculations, you can use educational costs for the degree as a basis; after that, divide it by any number of payments that you want to make.
You do not need to make exact payment amounts. We have flexible rules and student may have some variations in payment plan (based on student's financial ability to make payments). Payment plan is nor a "fixed" plan and student can make different payments (based on the ability to pay).
There are no penalties if student would skip a few payments or will make a late payment.
Apostilles,
certifications and additional non-educational services
are NOT included in educational fees; accordingly, you
need to add it to the total amount, or you can pay it as last
payment(s).

NOTE: If you are making multiple payments (payment plan approach); in such circumstances, we are deducting costs assessed by banks for each payment received. We are not benefiting in any way from these deductions and deductions are strictly in the same amount as deducted by banks from each payment made by student. Each student will receive a copy of transaction showing all deductions made by banks.
