ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

HOLY STATE UNIVERSITY DISCLOSURES AND ADMISSION AGREEMENT
This Agreement is a legally binding instrument.
1. Holy State University is an independent international educational institution that administers distant forms of education (based on Online/Internet methods of communication between Student and the University) that is open to people around the World.
2. Holy State University is the International University regulated by the religious establishment and is under the legal control of the Autonomous Self-Governing Religious Authority.
3. Holy State University is fully independent educational institution that is not associated and is not under the control of any other institutions or any governmental entities that are not related to the Autonomous Self-Governing Religious Authority.
4. Holy State University is not collecting any payments for the education, but collects mandatory donations of the determined levels (reflected as “Administrative Fees” or "educational costs") to maintain requirements for its financial stability. Required donation levels (also called as “Administrative Fees”) enable Applicant/ Student to receive educational services from the Holy State University.
5. After the enrollment, Administrative Fees will remain the same (as at the time of the enrollment) for each year, until graduation from the initially enrolled degree program or course during customary graduation periods (“Recommended Periods”).
6. Each program has a reasonable time allowed for the graduation. After the enrollment, EDUCATIONAL COSTS are guaranteed ONLY for the reasonable “Recommended Graduation Periods” allowed from the time of the admission to the time of graduation.
7. Recommended Graduation Periods are not reflecting allowed/or required periods for the graduation, but only the periods that can guarantee the same educational costs as educational costs that were offered at the time of admission. Educational and other costs for any student who is exceeding pre-determined periods (“Recommended Graduation Periods”) would be adjusted to the most current costs (costs can be higher comparing to the costs at the time of admission and can be increased according to the costs that will be current at that time), but ONLY for the portion of studies that exceeding pre-determined Recommended Graduation Periods for the graduation.
8. Graduation time can be extended (beyond “Recommended Graduation Periods”); but in such case, Fees (educational costs) would be prorated according to the most recently published Schedule of Fees (costs that will be current at that time), ONLY for the portion of studies that exceeding pre-determined Recommended Graduation Periods for the graduation).
9. Recommended Graduation Periods that guarantee the same educational costs (as at the time of admission), are at present time as following (you always can graduate at shorter period of time):
Associate Degree Programs – up to two (2) years (24 months) Bachelor’s Degree Programs – up to four (4) years (48 months) Master’s Degree Program – up to two (2) years (24 months) Doctoral and PhD Programs – up to two and half (2.5) years (30 months)
10. Recommended Graduation Periods are NOT representing the actual length of any programs, but the longest length that can guarantee the same fees, as offered at the time of admission. Student can graduate from any program in accelerated manner (sooner) at any time, upon successful completion of all educational requirements, or after expiration (later) of Recommended Graduation Periods (however, for any portion of time that is exceeding Recommended Graduation Periods, costs can be increased according to the costs that will be current at that time).
11. Student can complete any program (graduate) in shorter or longer period; however, fees will remain the same (as at the time of admission) only during customary graduation periods (“Recommended Graduation Periods”) as listed in this Agreement.
12. Student pays administrative fees in proportion to the level of submitted educational work. Educational services can be placed “on hold” (temporary discontinuation of services) if Student fails to pay administrative fees in proportion to the level of submitted educational work.
13. Failure to make educational payments during consecutive twelve month (without any approved by HSU reason) may automatically trigger full termination of the enrollment and removal from the program without any additional notice from HSU.
14. Subject to above stated provisions, student can make payments at any time without penalties for late payments (no payment deadlines and no late payment penalties).
15. Failure to participate in educational process (is Student fails to submit educational assignments) during consecutive twelve month (without any approved by HSU reason) may automatically trigger full termination of the enrollment and removal from the program (full expulsion) without any additional notice from HSU. In case of financial or other form of hardship, student may request a reasonable extension.
16. Student can terminate educational enrollment at Holy State University at any time, without penalties and without any further financial obligations (upon giving a written notice to HSU).
17. Applicant /Student /Graduate agrees to keep all received information strictly confidential. For purposes of this Agreement, "Confidential Information" shall include all information or materials received or transferred, including electronic materials, electronic information and electronic mail during the course of any interactions with Holy State University, its employees, associates, volunteers, affiliates, contractors, or any other persons or entities that are involved in any form of encounter with Applicant /Student /Graduate.

19. Holy State University may terminate student’s enrollment, if student fails to comply with attendance, academic, and financial requirements; or if student fails to follow established standards of social and/or educational conduct, including educational performance.
20. If educational services are terminated by HSU as a result of Student’s failure to participate in educational process or to pay administrative fees (during consecutive twelve month period), or by Student (for any reason), Student may re-enroll (gain admission / reinstated) into any program offered by HSU (according to educational credits already earned). All previously earned educational credits from HSU can be applied toward another desired degree program offered by HSU (if applicable). Re-enrolling students are responsible for the administrative fees and other costs applicable at the time of re-enrollment.
21. Re-enrolling students are responsible for the Administrative Fees and other costs applicable at the time of re-enrollment (and not as the time of the initial admission); however, all already earned credits would be fully transferred to any similar program (if applicable).
22. If the Holy State University terminates educational services based on Student’s behavior or unsatisfactory educational performance, the Holy State University may deny any ability of the expelled student to be re-enrolled into any educational or other program offered by the Holy State University.
23. While enrolled in any program, Student must maintain satisfactory academic progress and must comply with general financial obligations.
24. Holy State University maintains its well-known Students’ friendliness by timely responding and resolving any concerns. However, any Student’s complaint, which cannot be resolved by direct communication with the responsible department or the representative, may be filed with the “Mediation Commission” (maintained by the Holy State University) consisting of three members (or any other number of members, as determined by the University) that would be selected by the University representative from the academic/administrative staff members/volunteers of the Holy State University. It is the responsibility of Student to compensate members of the “Mediation Commission” for the costs (based on the rate established by the Holy State University) of case evaluation (these costs must be paid in advance).
25. All unpaid costs and balances must be paid in full, before Degree is awarded, or graduation documents are issued.
26. Graduation documents only are issued to students who fulfilled all financial obligations to the Holy State University. NO DEGREE WILL BE OFFICIALLY AWARDED BEFORE STUDENT SATISFIES ALL UNPAID FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS.
27. No degree will be awarded before student fulfills all unpaid financial obligations. Graduation documents only issued to students that fulfilled financial obligations for receiving of educational services from Holy State University. No refunds will be issued for any completed services.
28. Holy State University offers no guarantees of employment, level of salary, eligibility for professional licensing or acceptance of degrees, programs or accreditations by future employers of the Student, or by others.
29. Holy State University does not guarantee the transferability of credits to other colleges, universities or institutions. Any decision related to the comparability, appropriateness and applicability of educational credits and whether they should be accepted, is the decision of the receiving educational institution.
30. Holy State University may transfer credits received during studies at HSU to other programs offered by HSU.
31. In case of any legal disputes, the legal jurisdiction for any dispute is the most current location (at the time of any legal dispute) of the Administrative Body of the Holy State University.
32. Any presumably aggrieved Person or Entity (in case of any legal disputes) fully agrees that the Holy State University can be represented in any legal forums, courts and jurisdiction(s) by any law firm(s) or person(s) selected (or assigned) by the Holy State University. These law firm(s), person or persons can act on the behalf of the Holy State University or in personal capacity, as a person(s) or (and) entity affected by the dispute [person(s) or entity must be approved by the Holy State University]. Person(s) or (and) entity affected by the dispute and that is (are) approved by the Holy State University, can act in any legal forums, courts and jurisdiction(s) and can defend the rights to the Holy State University to the same extent as if the Holy State University would act on its own behalf [person(s) or entity must be approved by the Holy State University].
33. Any presumably aggrieved Person or Entity (in case of any legal disputes) agrees to indemnify (fully compensate) the Holy State University and all parties involved in educational process or other interactions with aggrieved Person or Entity against any costs, legal awards and attorneys’ fees involved in any legal or other proceedings and would pay all involved costs and attorneys’ fees in advance as estimated costs (before initiating any legal or other action) and in full after the completion of all proceedings.
34. Any presumably aggrieved Person or Entity (in case of any legal disputes) fully agrees and understands that provisions of this Agreement must supersede any other provisions of the laws of any Country.
35. Applicant/or any other involved Person must fully agree with all legal provisions reflected in this document, before requesting an Admission for studies.
36. Holy State University can admit or can deny admission for any reason; the same way, the Holy State University can accept or can reject for any reason, any educational document (received in other institution) or any educational credit or course (received in other institution).
37. Holy State University can update any rules and regulation at any time. It is a responsibility of the interested Person to monitor any new updates.
38. As a rule, an admitted person accepts legal provisions that were in force at the time of the admission to studies. Each admitted Person would be provided with a copy of the Enrollment Agreement that must be endorsed (signed) by the Applicant.
39. Holy State University is not responsible in any way for any circumstances that are not under its direct control.
40. This Agreement is a legally binding instrument. Do not seek an admission before you have read it and fully agreed with all terms and condition.
