Holy State University has no usual tuition costs, we have reasonable administrative fees that are representing only a small portion of fees charged in many other universities.

Notwithstanding the fact that we are a religiously founded university, we are offering a large selection of non-religious educational degrees, in addition to religious degrees.

Any educational degree program can be completed in an accelerated manner. Educational programs in Holy State University are designed and oriented for people that want to achieve educational goals and professional heights in the fastest manner. In regular universities, students very often are spending just a few hours per week for studies. Holy State University offers accelerated online degrees, where students can study as many hours as they want, all in the convenience of their own home, and can graduate in a fast manner without compromising the quality of education.

We are not requiring our students to have a perfect knowledge of the English language. Our goal is to engage people in an educational process that can be accomplished in any language ("use your own language" option is only available for the people residing outside of the United States).

In addition to the English language, we are accepting most commonly used languages, such as Spanish, French, German, Russian, Arabic and other languages listed in the table below. However, you will need to communicate with us in the English language (even if your English is not perfect). Educational work can be submitted in native language. Our guidance will be in English language (if a student's English is not too advanced, he/she may always use electronic translators to translate all forms of communication). “Any Place” – has the meaning that Holy State University is operating worldwide and open to any person from any country. No travel involved. You can study in any place where you live and work, without any work interruption. Our education is supervised distant learning (based on independent studies under our control and guidance). Upon graduation, we are mailing all printed documents (the original paper prints) to the place designated by the graduating student.

Non-religious and Religious Degrees

According to our religious doctrine and convictions, we are promoting and offering any form of education - religious and non-religious. Well-educated people are the moving force of this Universe; therefore, Progress was never limited only to religious studies. Our educational doctrine (based on religious principles) is to provide any form of education to any person in the World. Holy State University (HSU) is an Online Worldwide International University that is open for studies to people from any religious background and, to the same extent, to any person without any religious background. HSU awards all educational degrees: Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, Doctoral and Ph.D.

Distant - Online Education

Studies at Holy State University can be described as a supervised distance learning form of education that is performed by using modern forms of Internet communications. Our students can study for any degree, non-religious and religious.

Our educational system is defined as a Distant Form of Education with use of “ONLINE” communications. The word “ONLINE” (as you will see on this website) is only a literary expression; in our place, students are not studying “online”. Holy State University offers DISTANT FORM OF EDUCATION that is using online methods of communication between the University representatives and the students.

Our students have no need to travel to the United States to be admitted. There is no need to travel for any tests and there is no need to travel to the United States for the graduation ceremony. You only need the Internet connection, computer, and a comfortable place for studies.

All educational and administrative affairs are performed in the course of indirect contacts by using Internet communications. We are performing identity verification, but it is done by applicable means of indirect distant verification methods.
