Standing of our Degrees and
Honors

Our International Headquarters located on the International Territory of our Founding Church Diplomatic Mission in the United States (in the City of Philadelphia, USA), but our satellite offices are located around the World. Our encounters with the United States are only in the form of diplomatic relationship and our presence in the United States is not a reason for any foreign government (any government not related to our Founding Church Religious Government) to seek jurisdiction over our International Sovereign Religious Entity. The Holy State University is under legal jurisdiction of our Founding Worldwide Church (International Church of Eternal Revival), which, from legal point of view, is an International Religious Entity with its own Sovereign Religious Government (without any claims for territorial possessions that are not under our direct ownership and/or control). Our legal status established by current provisions of the Vienna Conventions (ratified by many countries, including the United States). Established under Supreme Guidance in the Year of 1986, Holy State University (HSU) is religious organization structured as church promoting charitable and religious principles of education for the costs that most people can afford and we are open to the People of Any Religious Background. As our religious doctrine and convictions, we are promoting and providing any form of education - religious and non-religious. Most likely, well-educated people are the moving force of this Universe. The Holy State University, as the Educational Department of the Sovereign Religious International Entity has unrestricted right under provisions of the International Law to issue any educational or special degrees. As the University of the Sovereign Religious Government, only our own Government can accredit and control our educational institutions and we are setting our own independent high standards for education. We are proud to be free from any inherited corruption of the common World. All our educational establishments are accredited by our own Government. The Holy State University (HSU) is Online Worldwide International University that awards all educational degrees: Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, Doctoral, Ph.D. Studies at HSU can be described as supervised self-study that is performed trough modern form of Internet communications. Our students can study for any degree, non-religious and religious. The Holy State University (HSU) uses similar educational guidelines as universities in the United States and Europe. Your education will be considered as an education received from the international university accredited by its own sovereign religious government. To ensure similarity in education, we adhere to the provisions and principles of the Bologna Process that is accepted by many American and European educational institutions. You always can take similar number of credits that required in your country and to study the same disciplines. Our education is extremely flexible; you can (and need) design your own curriculum plan (with our supervision and guidance). Students of the Holy State University may have any religious background, or to be without any religious affiliation. Because of difference in educational regulations in different countries, we do not guarantee acceptance of our degrees in any country and we do not guarantee any employment or salary level after graduation. Most likely, private sector employment offers greater flexibility in educational degree requirements. If you are self-employed, in most cases, only you are the person who makes determination regarding educational level, but official educational diploma from our University would be that kind “weight of respect” that any business owner, employee, or job-seeker needs to possess to succeed in this very competitive world.
