In the Holy State University School of Law, you can receive educational degrees with studies in law as a main aspect of your education. The Holy State University offers the following degrees and certifications in Law studies: Associate Degree in Law studies Bachelor’s Degree in Law studies Master’s Degree in Law studies M.B.A. for Law professions J.D. Juris Doctor / Doctor of Jurisprudence Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law studies Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in Law studies For each degree please read separate descriptions applicable to each degree Associate Degree in Law StudiesPlease read our section "Educational Credits" High school diploma required at the time of graduation, but we allow to start classes before receiving high school diploma, with this approach degree would not be awarded until student can provide satisfactory proof than he/she completed high school or equivalent education.
International approach to study evaluation (60 credits per year):
Receiving of Associate Degree in the Holy State University can be your first step for earning Bachelor Degree. 120 credits received in Associate Degree Program (60 credits with 30-credits per year approach) are fully transferable to the Bachelor Degree Program that can be completed in two years (or in shorter period) with additional 120 (60) credits if you already have Associate Degree from our, or from any other approved by us university or college. Please be advised that In the Holy State University we have flexible curriculum arrangements, if you do not see program in the area that you want to study, please send us e-mail and inquire if we can offer you course in the required by you area of study. Each student has option to transfer from one course of study to another (all received credits are fully transferable). In addition, each student may combine a few different courses for one degree program. Double and even triple associate degrees available with additional 80 (40 credits with 30 credits per year approach) educational credits for each additional degree.

Because you are learning at your own speed, you will be able to complete this program in shorter period, or longer, depending on your involvement. If we accept all credits from recognized institution issuing Associate Degrees, you may have possibility to complete required course in two years, or even less. See section "Educational Credits" for description of academic credits. Please be advised that we have flexible curriculum arrangements, if you do not see program in the area that you want to learn, write us and inquire if we can offer you course in the required by you area of study. International approach to study evaluation (60 credits per year):
We may accept credits issued by other institutions (that are considered as legitimate by us). Upon completion, student writes thesis. Thesis can be prepared at any time and will be counted as an additional 30 credits (with 60 credits per year evaluation system), or as 15 credits (with 30 credits per year evaluation system).

Doctor of Philosophy in Law Studies (Ph.D.)Only holders of Bachelor or Master Degrees are admitted.

Dissertation can be prepared at any time, but not later than 1 year after completion required credits course and will be counted as an additional 30 credits (with 60 credits per year evaluation system), or as 15 credits (with 30 credits per year evaluation system).
Graduate Certificate Programs - Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS)Bachelor degree required. Student must complete at least 16 credits (with 30 credits per year evaluation system), or 32 credits (with 60 credits per year evaluation system). A Certificate of Advanced Study (CAS), also called a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) or a Certificate of Advanced Professional Studies (CAPS), is a post-graduate academic certification program designed for practitioners who seek a continuing education program to enhance their professional development.
