Established under Supreme Guidance in the Year of 1986, Holy State University (HSU) is religious organization structured as church promoting charitable and religious principles of education for the costs that most people can afford and we are open to the People of Any Religious Background. As our religious doctrine and convictions, we are promoting and providing any form of education - religious and non-religious. Most likely, well-educated people are the moving force of this Universe. 

The Holy State University (HSU) is Online Worldwide International University that awards all educational degrees: Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, Doctoral, Ph.D. Studies at HSU can be described as supervised self-study that is performed trough modern form of Internet communications. Our students can study for any degree, non-religious and religious.

Our doctrine is to provide any form of education to any person in the World. Education is the greatest benefit that human race can ever accept and the moving force of this Universe. Therefore, education must be reasonably priced and accessible for everybody.

Our cost of tuitions represent very small fraction of the usual costs in any other university. We can say that our tuition costs probably the lowest in the World (except countries with free or government subsidized education). To be accurate, we do not charge for education and administrative and other costs are reduced only by requested reasonable mandatory donations. 

Any person from any country can be our online student and we have no admission tests.
