Short History of the Holy State UniversityThe Holy State University (HSU) is faith-based educational establishment, where nobody changing religious affiliations of students. At the Holy State University, we are offering all forms of education and educational degrees, religious and non-religious: Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Doctoral, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Graduate Certificate Programs, Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS), Professional certificate Courses, all in any desired by student areas of study (some restrictions apply). See corresponding areas of our Online University. The International Church of Eternal Revival is the founding institution of the Holy State University. Both were founded in the month of April of the year 1986. Cost of education in the United States is outrageously high and the Holy State University is the way to offer people similar form of education as many others are offering, but only for the small fraction of tuitions costs that charged in other universities. The Holy State University was Initially established as educational institution for people associated with our founding Church (International Church of Eternal Revival) and as Scientific Research Center. Later, with progress of technology, decision was made to open the Holy State University as Online University for any person in the World who wants to receive our low cost Online Education. Strictly speaking, our education is free because we are not charging anything for education, but obviously, we have many operational costs and we are not receiving any support from any government (comparing to many U.S. private and state universities receiving millions of dollars in form of grants from the U.S. and from local states' governments; and comparing to universities in some countries where taxpayers' monies are used to offer free, or reduced cost education for citizens. Therefore, we have no other options, but to request certain small levels of donations that entitle student to complete study courses. In the Holy State University, your religious background (or absence of it) is irrelevant, we are not asking to convert or to change your religious affiliations. We do have religious studies (in all world religions), but in majority, our education (in combination with some religious basics) represents educational studies in many regular disciplines that generally do not appear as religious, but can be interconnected with many true religious doctrines and historical religious teachings. Our definition of religion is more progressive (because we are founded by modern Church and by people with highest levels of education) comparing to some teachings used by others (that based on historical antiquity). Under our doctrine, religion is everything progressive and progress is impossible without education.
