Reduction of the tuition costs for qualified individualsAny person willing to support affordable education may designate separate donation (not the tuition cost) for the development of the Holy State University, or for the Scholarship Program. Funds designated for scholarship program would be used to reduce cost of education for the people in need. This is why we need your donations. Donate for the possibility of education for people that cannot afford to pay even our low tuition costs. We will appreciate efforts of any person willing to support our scholarship fund in the form of financial contributions. We accept donations made with major credit cards, bank debit cards, check payments by mail (electronic checks can be processed by PayPal if you have PayPal account with verified bank information). Donations are not refundable. Donations are maid to the International Church of Eternal Revival (for educational fund) that is the founding entity of the Holy State University (donations to church most likely are tax-deductible). After careful
consideration, we decided to use PayPal (worldwide well-known
credit card processing company) as processor for any credit card
payments/donations for tuition costs. Payments/donations are maid in the United
States Dollars and PayPal would convert currency of your own
country into United States Dollars
