In our University we are creating future leaders that are mature and independent individuals willing to use own efforts in educational process. All studies are independent (no counseling, no individual or group tutoring). Students will be creating own study curriculum for each part of the year (with our supervision) and will be responsible for selecting study materials and textbooks. For assessment of studies,  students will be sending to us written (in electronic form) essays reflecting student's knowledge of the subject.

If for any reason you would decide to terminate your course of study, we gladly will issue to you transcript of credits you already received.

All our educational credits fully transferable between programs.

Transfer Students

Transfer students will be accepted for any studies at our University

Religious Elements in Study Process

Our doctrine is to enable any person of the world to receive low cost education without any form of discrimination or restrictions (see basic requirements for different degrees).

Our educational courses and disciplines (even when they do not carry clear religious name) directly associated with religious principles and in one way, or another, as reflected in the historical religious manuscripts.

For educational purposes, each student will need to take a few classes in religion/or theology. Student will have personal choice for religious studies that can be performed in one religion, or in numerous world religions.

All religious courses are part of the regular curriculum and fully counted toward number of required academic credits for any program in our University.

Each our graduate must have basic knowledge of religion(s) for educational purposes, even if person himself/herself does not believe in the Supreme Power.

Acceptance of credits from other Schools and Universities

We will accept number of credits (at our discretion) received in other recognized learning institutions. We will not accept any credits issued by some places for life experience and obviously would not accept credits from some places that we are not considering as credible learning institutions. Acceptance and recognition of credits from other institutions will be strictly at our discretion, we will examine and verify your records and will make determination, which credits and how many credits received from other institutions we will accept. If you already accumulated enough credits in another institution for the degree, we suggest that you complete your education in the same institution. It is irrelevant where you received your prior education and credits, if it is credible (in our point of view) institution, we may issue you at least partial credits.

Life learning Credits

Upon request, we can verify, evaluate and consider issuance of limited number of credits for some forms of previous professional learning, or professional experience related to the subject of study (this applies for any study program).

Institute of Professional Studies

These are certification courses leading to professional improvement. You can select from the list or you can designate own custom course designed personally by you in the area where you already have knowledge or what you want to learn. In any case you will be learning under own supervision.

Use it as required credits for continued education, for improvement of your professional skills, as advantage in search for better job, for personal self-improvement, or for any other desired purposes.

You can learn with your own speed. Your credits can be applied toward your degree studies at our University. You will receive credit(s) for each learned subject (some certificate programs may require at least few credits). We are using non-discriminative pass/fail academic evaluation system. After learning a subject, student will write at least 20 pages essay related to the subject learned. We will be issuing supportive guidance (if necessary) to assure that student is selecting proper subjects for study. Each essay would be equal of defending from one to several credits. If we issue you a passing score for your essay, credit(s) will be added to your educational files.

Upon completion, student writes dissertation. Dissertation can be prepared at any time, but not later than 1 year after completion required credits course and will be counted as an additional 30 credits (with 60 credits per year evaluation system), or as 15 credits (with 30 credits per year evaluation system).

Please NOTE that dissertation credits are not reducing total number of credits required, but are creating additional credits and cost equal to half year educational cost.

For example, student has master's degree and entered into Ph.D. program. With master's degree student can finish program in one year as a form of studies (one year of educational cost). After completion of studies student writes dissertation thesis, that is equal to additional half year in credits and accordingly, half year in costs. Each dissertation must be evaluated, processed, archived for records keeping.

Student can receive regular Doctoral Degree first, and later apply for Doctor of Philosophy Program (there is no additional admission fees, if you received Doctoral Degree from the Holy State University). In this case, student will need only to prepare dissertation thesis (approximately 180-250 pages) and to pay applicable fees only for processing of dissertation (prorated to the number of credits).

To start enrollment, you must perform the following steps:

We suggest starting with simple letter of intent describing area of your expertise, professional experience, your plans and area of science that you are interested to address in your dissertation. Please be advised that there are always complicated areas of science where we would not be able to offer this degree. We will review your letter of intent and will answer if our University can accept your application for Doctor of Philosophy Program.
