The Holy State University is accredited by our own Sovereign Religious Government
The Holy State University is accepting and following all provisions, purposes and processes required by the "Bologna Process" (European level) and North American educational systems. In addition to that, each department and each faculty member of the Holy State University striving to follow all rules of the American Educational System and “Bologna Process” and to go beyond the required procedures to assure the highest quality of education in order to confer degrees that are equal to European and American standards.
The Holy State University is the International University owned by the Sovereign Religious Entity and exists under full jurisdiction and accreditation of its own Religious Government. We are not associated with any other institutions, governments, private Boards or any other private or governmental organizations. We are proud to be free from all negative attributes of some secular organizations.
As the University of the Sovereign Religious Government, only our own Religious Government (our Ministry of Education, as governmental entity) can accredit and control our educational system and educational institutions. We are setting our own independent high standards for education.
We are independent religious educational entity that controls its own educational system and can accredit (authorize) its own universities, in the same way as in many other countries only governmental Ministry of Education can accredit, license or approve its own educational institutions. According to our Founding Church Canon Law, all our educational institutions are fully accredited by our own Religious Government. For more information, please see section "Legal Standing".
By provisions of international law, we have unrestricted right to issue any educational degrees to any person who completes any of our educational program and obviously (as independent sovereign religious entity), we have no obligation to look into (or to seek) any form of additional approval, accreditation or any similar arrangements from any unrelated to us government (or any private institution), unless our religious government approves such institutions.
You will be graduating from the Holy State University (or its educational divisions) that is Independent International Religious University. Standards of our Religious Government much higher than any private secular corporation can offer.
We are using similar educational guidelines as universities in the United States and European Union and we are taking the best from both systems. Your education will be considered as an education received from the International University accredited by its own government (religious).
To ensure similarity in education, we adhere to the provisions of the Bologna Process that is accepted by many American and European educational institutions. For more information about Bologna Process, see our corresponding page
The Holy State University voluntarily accepted “Bologna Process” policies and principles, and incorporated provisions of the project in its educational system. The “Bologna Process” is an educational initiative, initiated in the European Union (EU), with main goal of achieving common standards for higher education in the European Union.
To assure quality of education, the Holy State University established the "Education Quality Assurance Board", that develops and executes policies for evaluation methods and educational quality control to assure the quality of our education and research.
Our goal is promotion of studies where person is gaining knowledge on the basis of own initiative and desire for education.
In the Holy State University, nobody needs any loans and even person working for minimal salary can afford to study in HSU (Holy State University) without taking any educational loans.
Statistics (not originated from universities with overpriced tuition costs) are clearly showing that at present time, graduates are having very similar employment opportunities, regardless the place of graduation. Usually professional knowledge and attitude of the individual (not the name or tuition costs of the university) can secure employment.
Accrediting companies in the United States, including all well-known companies, have no any special right or any special legal designation to perform any accreditation. They only have the right to conduct private business activities. Higher education accreditations in the United States represent only a form of regular business activity and it has no any special legal designation or any official governmental authorization.
Accrediting companies in the United States are not authorized and not controlled by any branch of any government, and accreditations arranged privately between educational institution and accrediting company, where accrediting company in exchange for membership/accreditation fees performs evaluation of educational process in the institution. This is one of the reasons why some small universities and colleges decided not to be involved in any relationship with accrediting companies. Instead of paying large accreditation fees to the accrediting companies that are not authorized by any form of the government, many legitimate small colleges/universities (providing the same education as any other "accredited" institutions) prefer to reduce tuition costs for the students, instead of giving money to unrelated companies.
Any company or organization can provide accreditation for colleges and universities. There is no requirement for any accrediting company to be "approved" by the U.S. Department of Education, or by any other company or association. Accreditation of the university in the United States required when student applies for student loan that is backed up or issued by the federal government. In such cases, universities must be accredited by companies approved by the U.S. Department of Education. At the same time, U.S. Department of Education is not controlling any form of education and exists only as informative branch of the government with main goal to provide some coordinating activities and assurance to the government that loans issued by the government would be paid back by students. This way, U.S. Department of Education simply acting as assurance agency for the government and all approvals of accrediting companies only a part of the same approach to create environment where most likely student would be able to pay back educational loans given by the government. At present time, with all ballooned tuition costs and scarce employment situation, very often students have no ability to pay back all loans that they obtained during studies in colleges and universities.
neither the U.S. Department of Education, nor any
other non-governmental or governmental entity has
any legal or constitutional right to "accredit" any
accrediting company or organization (as some people are claiming). The only
difference is that not accredited college or
university, or college or university accredited by
the company not "approved" by the U.S. Department of
Education, cannot accept U.S. government issued
educational loans for students (they cannot take
money from the government). However, at present
time, many students are using private loans from the
banks that have no connection to any federal loans;
therefore, this is not an issue when private
financing is involved.
