Holy State University is accredited by our own Sovereign Religious Government

The Holy State University is church-owned International University under full jurisdiction and accreditation of its own Religious Government. We are not associated with any other institutions, governments, private Boards or any other private or governmental organizations.

The Holy State University is the official university of the Sovereign Holy Kingdom (not related or associated with any other place with possible similar names), that is the religious Government of the International Church of Eternal Revival. The Sovereign Holy Kingdom has no connection and not under jurisdiction of any government in the World and answers only to the Supreme Power. The Sovereign Holy Kingdom, as the Sovereign Religious State (the State of religious people around the world) and Sovereign International Entity has unrestricted right under provisions of the International Law to issue any educational or special degrees

Please note, that there is no requirement for our students to be religious people, we admit everybody, including people without any religious affiliation and from any religious background.

Because we are sovereign and independent institution that is not associated with any other governments or institutions, therefore, there is no sense for us to look into possibility of being accredited by some private and questionable corporation (as it done in U.S.) that in reality exist only for collections of exorbitant fees.

Some people in the United States confused and mislead by sales representatives of most universities with outrageous costs of tuition. In the United States, government is not accrediting any educational establishment and has no power to control any. They only can list in public files private corporations that do private accreditations and all accreditations in the United States are private, except government owned educational institutions. Accreditation in the United States only required when student applies for student loan that backed up by the federal government.

In the Holy State University, nobody needs any loans because our tuition costs are very low and even person working for minimal salary can afford to study in HSU (Holy State University). Our students have no lifetime burden of outrageous educational loans and can fully pay for their education from own wages (even from most minimal).

To be exact, we are not taking any money for education, our education is free, but it is obvious that we must support our education system and we are collecting only mandatory donations per each educational year/credit.  

You will be graduating from the Holy State University (or its educational divisions) that is Independent International University of the International Church of Eternal Revival (Sovereign International Religious Entity with own Government). Standards of our Religious Government much higher than any private corporation can offer.

We are using similar educational guidelines as universities in the United States and European Union and we are taking the best from both systems. Your education will be considered as an education received from the International University accredited by its own government (religious).

Our doctrine is to enable any person of the world to receive low cost education without any form of discrimination or restrictions (see basic requirements for different degrees).

Our educational courses and disciplines (even when they do not carry clear religious name) directly associated with religious principles and in one way, or another, as reflected in the historical religious manuscripts.

In addition to that, each student will be obligated to receive a few academic credits for religious studies (with student's personal preference for the number of credits or choice of religion to study), sufficient for issuance to each student upon graduation certificate of religious studies. Student will have personal choice for religious studies that can be performed in one religion, or in numerous world religions. All credits in religious studies will be fully counted for the required number of credits for each degree, in addition to that, according to the number of credits received for religious studies, students may have second diploma in religious studies (two professions at the same time) upon graduation and can request from our Church (The International Church of Eternal Revival) ordination as a minister.

All religious courses are part of the regular curriculum and fully counted toward number of required academic credits for each degree. We, on the basis of our religious doctrine originated from the founding rules of the International Church of Eternal Revival, believe that each person of the world must be educated in multiple aspects of this life.

Each our graduate must at least have basic knowledge of religion(s), even if person himself/herself does not believe in the Supreme Power. Each our graduate will have personal choice to be ordained (upon request) by the Head of our Founding Church (or by person designated by him), the International Church of Eternal Revival, as a practicing minister of any peaceful religion of the world.

As the University of the Sovereign Religious Government, only our own Government can accredit and control our educational institutions and we are setting our own independent high standards for education. We are proud to be free from any inherited corruption of the common World.
